About Sulika
For more than twenty-five years I have designed and built residential renovations in Chicago’s most distinctive neighborhoods — the Gold Coast, River North, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, the West Loop and beyond — with a particular specialty in high-rise condominiums.
Every project I take on is one I lead personally. From the first walkthrough to the final detail I am the designer, the project director and the person you call. One point of contact, start to finish.
I take on every home believing it can be more than it is. That is the whole premise of the work: the possibilities are unlimited, and my job is to find the full potential in your space and build it.

Over two decades I have refined a renovation system that removes the stress and the surprises. Design development, material selection, drawings and permitting, building-management approvals, trade scheduling and construction are all handled under one roof — and supervised by me at every stage, from the first sketch to the last walkthrough.

Many of my clients live elsewhere and keep a second residence in Chicago; they trust the process to run without them in the room, and it does.
